This is one of my favourite breakfast ideas. If you've got any left over veggies, simply chop them up,
add 2 beaten up eggs, and mix in a frying pan with fry light. It's so easy and filling. It works well with frozen veggies as well, spray Fry Light on your pan, add 3 tablespoons of mixed frozen veggies, fry for 3-5 minutes, and add the eggs.
