Welcome Slimmers!

This is my collection of sumptuous meals that I've cooked since I've joined Slimming World. I've dropped down two dress sizes, simply by following the Extra Easy plan. I thought before that skinny people don't eat, or just eat a stick of celery all day. I was completely wrong.  The secret of slimming lies with eating the right food, so you'll rev up your metabolism and you'll feel fuller longer. Most of these recipes come from the Slimming World Website, blogs from other slimmers or tweaked recipes from well-known UK chefs.  I did the hard work of researching them, so you don't have to.
This blogsite has nothing to do with Slimming World, I wasn't paid to do this at all.  It's a personal selection of yummy recipes that would hopefully inspire you to be creative in the kitchen.  The more you vary your food selection, the more you're guaranteed to stick with the plan in the long run.
